We will fly, drive, and sail into the middle of the remote and pristine Amazon Jungle at the extreme north of Brazil, to surf the longest wave in the world: the Pororoca!

We fly from Rio de Janeiro to Macapá, drive from Macapá to Cutias, where we take a boat down the river to wait for the monthly Pororoca that arrives only once a day, and lasts for 4 hours!

Our Rio surf camp is based in on the southern beaches of Recreio, surrounded by rainforest and mountains, and nestled on the white sands and warm waters of the Atlantic.

From here you'll explore a range of superb breaks, from easy, slow-breaking waves (ideal for beginners) of Macumba to fast and strong breaks of Prainha.

Sail Trips to Paraty

Explore the Costa Verde (the Green Coast), sailing the azure waters of the beautiful southern coastline of Rio de Janeiro, take in the rugged natural beauty of Ilha Grande, luxuriate on tropical beaches of the Angra dos Reis islands, and bask in the colonial history of the culturally fascinating city of Paraty.

Costa Verde is the stunning coastline just south of Rio de Janeiro, set amid jutting peninsulas and secluded beaches, with a backdrop of steep, jungled mountains plunging into island-studded bays, with perfect secluded white sand beaches.
